Soul Food - Footprints in the Sand
- Looking for something a little different to do on a Sunday?
Come along and enjoy a tranquil, inspiring and spiritually nourishing morning at Soul Food at Lake Macquarie City Art Gallery.
Soul Food is a unique monthly event intended to enlighten & enrich the lives of all who attend.
This month we will feature the fabulous professional pianist, Terence Koo for our live music along with our usual beautiful projected images and readings from faiths, philosophers, authors and leaders from all over the world.
It is an opportunity to unite in a tranquil environment and reflect on inspiring themes and common threads that tie us all together.
The theme for this month is Footprints in the Sand: This month’s program will explore the relationship between humankind and our creator, and the eternal nature of this connection.
Enjoy a coffee or lunch afterwards at Awaba Cafe, a leisurely stroll through the gallery or wander around the gorgeous lakeside park.
Soul Food is a FREE community event open to all. On Sunday 4 February from 10.30am to 12.00pm at Lake Macquarie City Art Gallery.
