Painter in Paradise: William Dobell in New Guinea

This major exhibition, conceived by guest curator Natalie Wilson, focuses on the work produced by William Dobell following two journeys made to the Papua and New Guinea in 1949 and 1950.

An exhibition organised by S.H. Ervin Gallery, Sydney. This project has been assisted by the Australian Government through the Australia Council, its arts funding and advisory body. The S.H.
