Ben Quilty: a case study

6 February - 6 APRIL 2015

In line with the themes of painting, contemporary practice and education, the gallery presents the third exhibition in the case-study series. Following on from the highly successful 2013 and 2014 projects, featuring Anne Zahalka and Janet Laurence respectively, this year the gallery has drawn together key works by leading Australian contemporary artist Ben Quilty. With the focus on the HSC curriculum, Kate Caddey has again conceived a comprehensive artist case-study publication to complement the exhibition. Curated specifically for senior school students, the selection will include iconic pieces from the artist’s practice.

A gallery project curated by Meryl Ryan in consultation with educator Kate Caddey.
