Now in its fifth year, First Class is an established annual exhibition project celebrating the high calibre of work produced by students from the Hunter and Central Coast regions. Also showing is Anne Zahalka: a case study featuring pieces from key series by the leading Australian artist.

Gallery project shortlisted for National Award
The gallery has been shortlisted for a Museums & Galleries National Award in the public programs category for the 2012 project Stencils Past, Stencils Last.The MAGNAs recognise excellent work nationally and are open to all Australian cultural collecting institutions. Winners will be announced Sunday 19 May at the MA National Conference in Canberra.
